Having previously served as Co-founder of Pham Brother, Head Cutter at Carlo Pham, and Suit Maker at Ngoc Lan Veston, Mr. Pham Ngoc Quy has devoted years to pursuing and refining the art of bespoke tailoring. Drawing on his experience and deep appreciation for the craft, he founded PINA with a vision to offer a more personal and considered tailoring experience — where craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and an understanding of individuality come together to create garments that reflect the character of each client.
